First off let me say, I love this bottle warmer! it is so easy to use and I don't have to attach it to my bottle and have my milk touch the element and then worry about wiping/washing it down so that stuff doesn't grow on it. It's clean and easy to operate and lightweight and portable. I don't need to fill it with water and wait for it to steam. This is perfect for on the go! I keep it in our diaper bag and it's perfect when we head out to the zoo or to brunch. Easy and quick to charge.
I think my only suggestion if I were to think of how it could be improved would be to make it cuter somehow. The color isn't super adorable and feels very practical. But for something to just heat up a bottle, it does what I need it to do.
