We have a 120-day return policy, which means you have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When I ordered this I didn’t expect the quality to be this good when it arrived. The product is dense and feels pretty heavy duty. It’s not thin or just thrown together. The bucket is sturdy and all the silicone pieces are smooth with no noticeable defects. The nubs on the bottom of the bucket are sturdy with a little give in them so they do a good job of cleaning the brushes without tearing them up.
I LOVE that this has the option to dry the brushes upside down since it’s so much gentler on the handles and will make the brushes last longer! The grid-like design has both small and large holes so this fits a variety of handles. Even my thin ones have enough grip to stay in there. A few of my chunky handle brush won’t fit, but I prop those up in the bucket (which can be also conveniently used for storage/drying) and that does the trick. While cleaning, I alternate between the different textures and it seems to help loosen up the product better than just doing one texture. I usually clean my blender sponges by hand, but tried them in the bucket instead and noticed that it actually worked BETTER than my hands. Very impressed.
I have this hanging off a handle on my vanity but I think I’ll be adding a command hook to the side of my cabinet. Based on the quality I think this is going to last me a good long while.
